Here’s a round up of the coolest trick or treating activities and spookiest costumes earlier at the annual Halloween Trick or Treat at the Greenhills Theater Mall Lobby (Arts Plaza).

Meet our grand winner, “Nearly Headless Zombie.” This kid’s brilliant costume allows him to slide his head of his shoulders. Talk about creepy.
