  1. Put Halloween decor on your facemask or face shield, or come on Halloween costume or accessories in Oct. 31 Saturday & Nov. 1 Sunday.
  2. Dine in at ANY resto at Promenade or Theater Mall
  3. Show single receipt with minimum total of P500
  4. Adults aged 18-and-up with Halloween decorated facemasks or shields or in Halloween costume get a surprise gift in the spot.
  5. Surprise gifts should be redeemed on Oct. 31 and Nov. 1 only.
