Doctor Sleep – November 6
This “sequel” of the Stephen King horror classic “The Shining” follows the now-grown child of that movie, Dan Torrance, who remains traumatized by the sinister events that occurred at the Overlook Hotel when he was a child. His encounter with a teen, Abra, who shares “the shine”, flings him further into a shaky world. But he and Abra must unite to battle the True Knot, a cult whose members try to feed off the shine of innocents to become immortal.

The next Charlie’s Angels adventure pits them against Calisto –a sustainable energy source invented by a brilliant scientist — that will revolutionize the way people use power. Knives Out – November 27
Knives Out is a 2019 American black comedy-thriller about a family gathering gone awry, after the family patriarch’s death leads a master detective to investigate. This one has an all-star cast: Daniel Craig, Chris Evans, Ana De Armas, Jamie Lee Curtis, Michael Shannon, Don Johnson, Toni Collette, Christopher Plummer, among others.
The Good Liar – November 27
Career con artist Roy Courtnay can hardly believe his luck when he meets well-to-do widow Betty McLeish online. Jumanji: The Next Level – December 4
The four players brave the jungle, desert, mountains and dangerous animals to save the fantastical video game world of Jumanji. It is the second sequel to the 1995 film Jumanji, following 2017’s Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle and the overall fourth installment of the Jumanji franchise. The film stars Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart, Jack Black, Karen Gillan, Nick Jonas, Alex Wolff, Morgan Turner, Ser’Darius Blain, and Madison Iseman, reprising their roles. Newcomers Awkwafina, Danny Glover, and Danny DeVito add more spice.
