Easter Egg Hunt at Promenade, April 16

Put on your bunny ears, shake your cute little cottontail and hop, hop, hop over to The Promenade for the annual Easter Egg Hunt on Easter Sunday, April 16, 2017.

Easter Eggs, Easter fun and candies galore will be the order of the day as big and little kids hunt for colorful Easter eggs in their happy hunting ground around the Promenade.

“The Egg is a symbol of the rebirth of the Earth and also of the resurrection of Jesus. Eggs are rolled as a symbolic re-enactment of the rolling away of the stone from Jesus’ tomb. After the solemn Holy Week passes, everyone wants to revel in the happiness of Easter. The Promenade always takes great pride in hosting these joyous Easter Egg Hunts. There is nothing more heartwarming than seeing kids having great fun with this colorful Easter tradition,” said Precy M. Florentino, president of the Music Museum Group.

Children of all ages are invited to participate in The Promenade’s Easter Egg Hunt 2017 right after the Easter Sunday Mass at the Promenade Hall, 10:30 a.m. Participation is free.
